It was yet another birthday for me, but this year was the best and 2nd memorable one (since HL proposed to me on the same day last year). Received birthday sms wishes at 12am sharp, a birthday cake and present from my office colleagues, a bouquet of flowers sent to my office from my hubby and the highlight of the whole day was, a romantic dinner with my lovely hubby :). He eventually told me earlier that we would be having japanese food but I was suprised that he brought me to a mediteranean restaurant. We sat at a nice corner where we can see KL Tower from our table.

Took our order after we had a long decision of what to eat and what to drink. There wasn't much people in the restaurant. Only 6 people including us :P. I then asked HL;

Me: Dear, where's the office camera? (he then took the camera out and gave it to me)
Me: Eh, how come your office got new camera ah? Where's the old one?
HL: This is for you my dear! It's your birthday present :)
Me: Ah?...Are you serious? You must be kidding me.
HL: This is really for you! Since you always wanted a camera so much, I bought it for you lor.

*Awww...I was so stunned for words* >_<~. Well, I was surprised as I didn't really expect that he would buy me a camera. Thanks dear. Muacks. Really appreciate what you've done for my birthday.

We were served with a complimentary basket of different breads to go with the olive oil dressing. Breads were warm and fresh and I particularly love the bread stick :)...mmmm

Then comes the cute and mini watermelon fruit topped with cream cheese dipped in a blend of garlic, mint and parsley dressing. This is really good!

...and here comes our first order, mushroom soup. Served in a big big bowl but small in portion!...Looks good and taste superbly nice. Goes very well with the breads. Yummy.

While waiting for our main dishes to be served, I took the opportunity to explore my new gadget :P and therefore I present to you, Prince Romeo of the day...haha

...and the happiest and luckiest princess of the day!

HL ordered a glass of cocktail. The manager of the restaurant mixed it for him. Taste sweet and refreshing with a little kick of tequila.

We are then served again with mango sorbet to freshen up our mouth after the mushroom soup we had earlier :). Melts in your mouth instantly!

Finally, here comes HL's main dish. Food was small in portion but it was just nice to fit his tummy. As for the taste, HL gave a rating 8 out of 10.

...and here's my main course of the meal. The pasta was fresh and the sauce was so delicious. Although it has a small portion, I couldn't finish it and pass it on to HL :).

After enjoying our meal, I went out to the restaurant's balcony and took some photos. The KL Tower was magnificent and I just have to take a photo of it.

Took a photo of the chefs busy preparing my dessert!

Taa-daa. After 20 mins of waiting for our dessert. Tasted haven-ly and we enjoyed every spoon of it! Sinful but it's ok to pamper ourselves once in a while isn't it.

That's it! A sweet ending of our romantic dinner for the day. You can imagine I have a big big smile on my face looking at my hubby. ^_____^. Feeling contented at the same time to have such a nice hubby with me. THANKS DEAR!
