Imagine living amidst tranquility. Being refreshed daily by bird songs and by the music of running water......which implies, I NEED A VACATION!Do you know how bored I am doing the same routine job for the past 3 weeks? I hate Pagemaker!..arghhhhh and I'm still being so friendly everyday sitting down with pagemaker producing more than 200 pages of word editing. I want to do multimedia! I donwan to do graphics! especially when comes to directories and textbooks! O_o
Stupidity
That's the word to describe the MMU 4th Convocation last Saturday.
- Parents have to que and sardine themselves to get into the hall just to see their children get their "MMU box".
- The graduates, wearing the ugly and hot robe while waiting to get into the hall as well for nearly 2 hrs!
- Parking cars outside for as far as 2 kilometres is a disaster under the scorching sun!
- Sahara dessert! Suffering as I'm am dying of thirst! Where's the water source for the guests and us?
- Rumble in the Auditorium just to get the certificate after the ceremony! I nearly fell off....urgh~...
- Had my lunch at about 4.30pm at KFC Jaya Jusco
- Felt so dead tired after I reach back home..........O_o..
Taking photos in the studio is very tiring.....backaching and I nearly sprain my mouth..
Sorry to dan,clara,chun,saw, jin and the others for not joining in for the Friday dinner (luk luk/satay celup) and the chendol dessert which most of u love to eat 'em. Anyways, next time if u guys are down again in Melaka, I'll bring u to a place to makan porridge (very popular in Melaka).
The happy thing is, there's no traffic jam on Sunday on my way back to KL!..hahaaha!

Guy : Hie, do you know that there's a family staying at the 6th floor of our condo block is being quarantined?
Me and d3 : Erm, nopes.(staring the guy with great suprise)
Guy : You guys just be extra careful and take care! (and he went off his 4th floor condo unit)
Still wondering....izzit still safe to stay in the condo?.....O_o..especially when we are sharing the same lift.

Izzit compulsory to wear formal clothes on the convocation day itself? I was thinking of wearing white long sleeve blouse with a pair of black pants (dan, I know I will look like a waitress) but I have no other colored long sleeve blouse ( donwan to spend money buying one tho, unless got people wanna sponsor me lar :P "wink wink")

Last weekend was rather productive. Washed 2 cars, cleaning the house (I ended up with a sensitive nose again~sniff sniff~). Thanks to d3 for helping me to do the housechores nowadays. Muacks~. Nevertheless, this week I am very busy trying to do a 267 page of an English textbook in Pagemaker. Have to finish it before Friday. Sorry for not being online in Yahoo! messenger as I am not using my PC. If there's anything important, please sms/call or email me yah :). I'll keep u guys updated about my daily stuffs if possible! After a long break, I felt as if I am full of energy to work again. Had a very nice 6 days break and it was full of fun and laughter. Accomplished 4 out of the 5 things that I suppose to do anyway. Baked blueberry muffins and cake. The muffins tasted ok only and many commented that the topping is too sweet. The cake was marvellous! Was finished within 30minutes once it was served to my aunt and cousin. ( according to my mom ) as I'm not at home at that time. Came back only to find 2 pieces left for me and HL. :/....Mom din even ate more than half the slice of the cake. Well, I guess it's turns out to be a nice cake :). Was happy with the outcome. Golden crispy toppings and fresh blueberries in the inside. This is my first time baking a cake and it is suprisingly satisfying. Will have more confidence next time to bake cakes other than cookies (my favourite tho).
Bobbie was good at home :). But he didn't manage to follow us back coz...our lil' K have not much space for him and moreover we will be going back to melaka next Friday again. HL's mom is babysitting Bobbie for a week at the moment. I already miss Bobbie :(. He's so adorable and fluffy. Btw, more photos will be uploaded by the end of next week. Thank God it's Friday.....it's always good to start work at the end of the week >:). Have a nice weekend everybody!
p/s: Dan, Chun and Jacq, you can collect your plants from me already next week :). It's ready.

Friday is here and I am looking forward to spend my holidays this weekend till next thursday. Going back to Melaka tomorrow. "Jumps of joy...yeeehaaa"....Gonna do lots of things back home. I guess Bandit and Patch will be as big as Bobbie is...or maybe even bigger! 0_o. Going to take lots of them.
Things to do this weekend and next week:
1) Scouting for the best deal in town on the photo studio packages for the convocation photo.
2) Planting plants for dan,kotak and jacq. :)
3) Baking chocolate chip shortbread cookies.
4) Baking blueberry muffins (if there's blueberries available in the supermarket)
5) Gift wrapping for mother's day.
This will keep my holidays full of fun activities other than eating home cooked food, watching TV and sleeping......>:).

How evil are you?
Finally, I was able to do some workouts in the gym today. It was a good workout :). Burnt at least 150 calories today. Steaming room was out of service for 5 days and I couldn't treat my hair with conditioner :(. Oh well....
Had 2 Gardenia Buns (ikan bilis) with apple juice. My colleagues are starting to eat roti as their lunch as our wallet is getting dry. WHERE'S MY SALARY!!!!!.....I'm afraid I would only be able to get my salary earliest by next Friday?..which is on the 16th. HmMmmm.
I hope our client pay us the cheque as soon as possible. Supposed to hand in the cheque on Monday but due to some circumstances, it was delayed. Our mother company cannot do anything as they had used up our salary funds for other purposes as they thought the client will pay the cheque last Monday. Am so pissed off with them! Boss said...no other solutions and you guys will juz need to wait for the client to pay up. No client's pay cheque, no salary!...what in the world is this?.......
oI would say that life is just so ironic when my monthly salary is still not in. I am beginning to adapt to the 'late-payment scheme' since last year, december. Is this good or bad adaption? We all have bills to deal with such as house loan to pay off, room rents, car loans and etc which requires to pay early of the month. I would think that the company is being selfish without thinking about the employee welfares. Life is really ironic....sigh~
I am sick today. Flu...."sniff sniff" and I am still working...though once in a while I take naps. "wink wink"...:P. Sleepy after taking medicines. Was forced by my Art Director to swallow the capsules ( 1 flu capsule, 1 ponstan capsule and 3 garlic oil capsules ) or else I won't get my medical claim. Evil~~Why am I so bad in swallowing capsules and tablets?. I think my throat is too narrow ..hahaha.."nonsense"

A Roach Story
Cockroach....Yikes! Brother was holding a broom on his right hand and a Shelltox on his left, standing about 30metres away from the roach when I got out from my room(sleeping) to see what is actually happening. Brother was kind of timid to actually spank and spray the roach with shelltox. I kept on making noises asking my brother to spray closely on the roach ( btw, I am a roach phobia ). d3 got up because of the noises and I quicky ask him to spray on the roach. The roach is actually heading toward Bobbie's place. I quicky run off to Bobbie's place and grab him on my arms as I worry he might eat the roach...(urgh..you can never imagine wat dogs can do - they eat everything). Me(with my legs curled up) and Bobbie sitting on the chair looking at how d3 kill the roach. d3 took the broom with the roach under it to the balcony and kill it by spraying it with Shelltox and this time close to it. Hahahaha! Hero of the day. It's a good thing to have someone not being a roach phobic at home. And I am now wondering where does the roach comes from. We (eki & kotak) had our hair coloured!...XD. Took us about 2 hrs to get the whole process done. It's worth waiting.Chun is getting more "chun"!..Chun Lynn, the copperhead!. The salon we went is nicely decorated and with pretty hair stylists. Recommended for those who needed a new hair style/cut at reasonable prices. Hairtech Salon in Sg. Wang Plaza (Lot G095-2). How do ya feel kotak?....:P
