After a long break, I felt as if I am full of energy to work again. Had a very nice 6 days break and it was full of fun and laughter. Accomplished 4 out of the 5 things that I suppose to do anyway. Baked blueberry muffins and cake. The muffins tasted ok only and many commented that the topping is too sweet. The cake was marvellous! Was finished within 30minutes once it was served to my aunt and cousin. ( according to my mom ) as I'm not at home at that time. Came back only to find 2 pieces left for me and HL. :/....Mom din even ate more than half the slice of the cake. Well, I guess it's turns out to be a nice cake :). Was happy with the outcome. Golden crispy toppings and fresh blueberries in the inside. This is my first time baking a cake and it is suprisingly satisfying. Will have more confidence next time to bake cakes other than cookies (my favourite tho).
Bobbie was good at home :). But he didn't manage to follow us back coz...our lil' K have not much space for him and moreover we will be going back to melaka next Friday again. HL's mom is babysitting Bobbie for a week at the moment. I already miss Bobbie :(. He's so adorable and fluffy. Btw, more photos will be uploaded by the end of next week. Thank God it's Friday.....it's always good to start work at the end of the week >:). Have a nice weekend everybody!
p/s: Dan, Chun and Jacq, you can collect your plants from me already next week :). It's ready.
