Spongebob Frenzy!

Finally, I managed to get the original Spongebob plush toy ($29.90) for HL from Singapore. Not only that, I got him a Lego like Spongebob keychain ($7.90) and a 'pirated' Spongebob boxer ($10). Got all these from some shopping complexes in Orchard Road. I only got myself a nice dress ($55) from BCG, Bugis Junction for my registration day next Saturday. Overall, shopping in Singapore is not as good as in Bangkok (which is so much cheaper)..and sorry to say that food in Singapore don't taste as good as our local food :). Malaysian cuisine is still the BEST. No wonder my uncle from Singapore always love Malaysian food. Muahaha.

Singapore, Here I Come!

I will be heading off to Singapore early tomorow morning with my beloved colleagues for a so called 'business trip' to Communic Asia 2007. Need some exposure on the latest communications and IT technologies.

The next reason is doing some great shopping in Singapore. It's the Great Singapore Sale 2007. Muahahaha . Planning to go to Bugis Junction and Orchard Road on Thursday evening and the whole Friday. Will need to do some shopping for a nice piece of dress for my wedding registration day on 070707 and buying some interior magazines. How I wish the time is going at a slow pace so I have sufficient time to shop. Will be coming back to KL by Friday evening. Till then, have a nice weekend people...

Happy 'Chang' Day

Home made bak chang & nyonya chang ala melaka style by my mom. Learnt how to make the plain yellow changs on Sunday by my mom. Pretty simple ingredients and easy to wrap though it require some skills :). Happy 'Tuan Wu Jie ' peeps!

Korea Mari

HL had specially kept this 'korean' chocolate for me that was given by his colleague who went to Korea recently. Love the unique packaging with the korean girl graphic. Thanks dear! :)

Come August, I will be off to Bangkok with HL and my fellow buddies Chun Lynn & Daniel. Gonna pay a visit to the famous 'Chak Tu Chak Market'. Though I've been to Bangkok for 2 times, I've never been to this market. Bangkok....here we come!

Indian Temple Charity Luncheon

Had a great charity luncheon @ one of the temple in Jalan Assunta, PJ last friday with my fellow colleagues. Home cooked food prepared by volunteers. There was a spread of vegetarian dishes. Spoilt for choices, I took every dish but in very tiny amount. Yummy.

My Little Froggy

Thanks to my sweet sista'. Gave me this cute froggy last weekend when I was back in Melaka.

Malaysians a.k.a KPCs

Just couldn't understand why most Malaysians are so curious or KPC in everything especially when there's an accident on the highway. I was stuck in a massive traffic jam on the North-South Highway this morning from Nilai to Seremban. The bumper to bumper crawl was about 10km and a hefty time of 45mins was wasted. Thanks to the curious on-lookers who slowed down their vehicle just to catch a glimpse of what had happened. There's no obstruction on all 3 lanes as the vehicles involved were shifted to the emergency lane. Heard over the radio later that the jam started all the way from Bangi.

and the drama continues...

Reached back KL this morning about 1.45am. Thought of leaving late at 10.15pm last night to avoid heavy traffic on the highway. To our dismay, we are stuck in a massive stop and go traffic of 4 lanes from Senawang all the way to Nilai. The same reason happened. 2 accidents at 2 different areas, one in seremban and the other in Nilai. Due to the over-curiosity eyes of Malaysian drivers, our 2 hours journey took more than 3 hours. Gosh!

Why...tell me why lah...>_<.
