Had a great & memorable dinner last Friday in Bakerzin at 1-Utama. Had the most delicious LINGUINI IN MUSHROOM CREAM SAUCE pasta and HL had PENNE WITH PRAWN PESTO. The food served was fresh although we had to wait a little bit longer than usual. (I guess the chefs took their time to prepare good quality food). The portion was just right (actually alot for me) :P....and later for our dessert, we had CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE served with thyme ice-cream. Wow, once the rich & warm chocolate souffle pop into my mouth together with the cold ice-cream, it melts in my mouth and at the same time it felt like heaven!..Really!..it tasted superb! ^____^...yummies. Actually, this is our 2nd time to dine in Bakerzin. The first time was during Valentines Day where we had their special menu on that day itself only. Well, looking forward for the 3rd time (but not so soon lah, have to budget on luxury food)...kekekek

Then, on Saturday back home in Melaka, had a bbq and potluck dinner with my relatives from spore and melaka. They came down for holiday and didn't know it's my birthday until I have to blow my birthday cake. Hehe, had a fun weekend overall with lots of wonderful sms wishes from friends and ex-colleagues and some even had a long chat with me on the phone. Thanks everybody! Oh well, another year wiser..hehe. Here's a toast to everyone! Cheers

January and February had gone by :). It's real fast and now we are in mid-March. I wish I could turn back and celebrate CNY one more time. I just love to be in the mood of the festive season. I just realised that I haven't been blogging since my last post in January. Gosh. But life was good so far but I've to learn to budget my spending after the RM0.30 increase of petrol. Indeed, I'm one of the victim of many Malaysians that needs to travel alot on the road. Had to cut down on luxury meals to cover the extra cost of the petrol. Full tank was RM40 previously and now it's RM50+. Had to pump 1 week once and overall, every month I will need to fork out extra $$$ for both going to work and goin back hometown.

Oh well, I guess it's time for us to learn to spend wisely. Anyways, have a good weekend everybody. I'll be heading back to Melaka tommorow morning and have a big party at night! Cheers!
