Finally, d3's birthday present (a complete set of a single bed) had arrived yesterday night at 8.40pm. Dun ask why was it delivered xtreme late which is about 7 weeks long which was originally suppose to send 3-4 weeks. Excuses given by the "ABC warehouse sales" last month - NO MORE STOCK - and I thought that we had already booked one of the 50 units of the bed frame. Nevertheless, I am really pissed off with that warehouse sales. As a customer I would prefer the furniture shop to call me up and inform me about the late delivery and apologize.
But....when I always called up and ask about the stock, the other end of the line will be quite rude replying my enquiries. Cis~Where is good customer services? Anyway, nuff said about this matter. Am happy when the bed was up in d3's room and he really had a good night sleep today! ^_^...No more sleeping on the mattress on the floor.
